A RESOLUTION, transferring unencumbered appropriated balances totaling
Eight Million Five Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($8,584,450.00)
from the General Fund #1101, Water Backup Fund #4104, Districtwide Stormwater Fund #5120
and the Sanitary Replacement Fund #6660 to the Stormwater Operations and Maintenance Fund
#5130, General Insurance Fund #4105, Stormwater Regulatory Fund #5110, Loretta-Joplin
OMCI #5574, Seminary Branch of the River Des Peres Subd. #454 #5593, Maline Creek OMCI
Fund #5576, and the Wellston OMCI Fund #5589 to allow for the proper classification of
expenses in the District’s year-end financial statements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that:
Section One: That the total sum of Eight Million Five Hundred Eighty-Four
Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($8,584,450.00) of unencumbered appropriations is
hereby transferred from the funds and in the amounts as indicated in the following table.
The following amounts are available for a transfer of appropriations:

Hundred Fifty Dollars ($8,584,450.00) of unencumbered appropriations is hereby transferred to
the funds and in the amounts as indicated in the following table.
