WHEREAS, Vicki T. Edwards has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District from July 27, 1992, to her retirement effective October 1, 2018.
WHEREAS, her tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Director of Human
Resources contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public, which it
serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Vicki T. Edwards for her 26 years of
exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Ms. Vicki T. Edwards.
This foregoing resolution was adopted on October 11, 2018.
