WHEREAS, Heidi L. Kinder has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District from October 20, 1986, to her retirement effective December 1, 2018.
WHEREAS, her tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Office Associate
contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public, which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Heidi L. Kinder for her 31 years of
exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Ms. Heidi L. Kinder.
This foregoing Resolution was adopted December 13, 2018.
