WHEREAS, Barbara E. Mohn has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District from September 25, 2006, to her retirement effective February 1, 2019.
WHEREAS, her tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Director of Information
Technology contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public, which
it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Barbara E. Mohn for her 12 years of
exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Ms. Barbara E. Mohn.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on February 14, 2019.
