July 15, 1968 at 8:30 P. M.
Everett Thies - Temporary Chairman
Ted Lockwood, Everett Thies, Anne Dorweiler and
Arnold Erdman present.
The minutes of the meeting of June 17, 1968 read. Corrected to read "Ted
Lockwood" offered the motion with regard to revision of Section 14 of the
Building Code. Moved by Arnold Erdman to approve the minutes as corrected.
Seconded by Ted Lockwood
Motion carried.
Discussion with regard to hazardous buildings. Moved by Anne Dorweiler to
table discussion on hazardous buildings until we have a chance to get more
information.
Seconded by Ted Lockwood.
Motion carried.
Anne Dorweiler brought up the matter of securing new code books. The Clerk
is to check with Mr. Gubbins as to proper procedure in bringing code book
up to date.
The matter of changing the minimum requirements for building permits for
outbuildings to be changed from 50 to 100 square feet and minimum cost
to $250.00 to be brought up for future discussion by the Planning Commission.
Moved by Arnold Erdman that the meeting adjourn,
