A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING THE SALE OF THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 11434
STATE STREET
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency") has
established a Purchase and Rehabilitation Program to facilitate the acquisition,
rehabilitation and re-sale of residential property for affordable housing purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Agency approved the purchase of the residential property at
11434 State Street in the City of Lynwood from the Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) under the HUD Purchase and Rehabilitation Program, and,
WHEREAS, the property at 11434 State Street has been rehabilitated according
to the City of Lynwood residential property standards and is available to be sold and
occupied by low-income families, and;
WHEREAS, the sale and reuse of this property will provide the Agency the
opportunity to meet established housing goals of removing blight and increasing
affordable housing opportunities identified in the Redevelopment Agency's Plan and the
City of Lynwood's HUD Consolidated Plan; and,
WHEREAS, The Agency authorizes the Executive Director to implement the
established procedures and execute the necessary documents for the sale of the
property according to the program regulations and affordability requirements.

NOW, THEREFORE, The Redevelopment Agency does hereby resolve as
Section 1. That the Redevelopment Agency approves the procedures for the
sale of the residential property located at 11434 State Street according to the
established procedures and affordability requirements.
Section 2. That the Executive Director or his designee is authorized to prepare
and execute the necessary documents to implement the sale of the property.
Section 3.. That the Executive Director or his designee is authorized complete
the procedures for the sale of the property and execute the necessary sales contract for
final Agency approval.
