A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO
THE AGENCY'S ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR FY 2001/02
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency adopted its Annual
Operating Budget on November 6, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the budget serves as an allocation plan for the cost of the
Redevelopment Agency's services and projects; and
WHEREAS, certain budget amendments are requested to reflect changes
in operational expenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Agency Board Members do hereby find, order
and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That amendments to the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency
Annual Operating Budget for FY 2001/02 are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the Executive Director or his designee is authorized to
make the following budget amendments:
DESCRIPTION FUND # AMENDMENT
Expenditures/Transfers-Out:
Area "A" Redev. Fund (12) $50,000
Area "A" Tax Increment (14) 50,000
Transfers-In:
Area "A" Tax Increment (12) 50,000
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18TH day of April, 2002.
