WHEREAS, Dena Y. Miller has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
from September 7, 1993, to her retirement effective May 1, 2019.
WHEREAS, her tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Account Associate
contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public, which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Dena Y. Miller for her 25 years of
exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Ms. Dena Y. Miller.
The forgoing Resolution was adopted on May 9, 2019.
