WHEREAS, the Executive Director of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
has prepared a Short List of proposed consultants for the design of District projects
identified in the Annual Budget Supplement 2001-2002 Capital Improvement and
Replacement Program, as recommended by the District’s Consultants Short List
Committee, and
WHEREAS, Consultants on said Short List will be sent Requests for Proposals
for specific projects as identified by the Short List Committee, and
WHEREAS, said Short List may be modified from time to time by resolution of
the Board of Trustees of the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the Short List of Consultants, as
attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby approved, provided that said Short List may be
modified from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 12, 2001.
