WHEREAS, Joel R. Hollocher served the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District from January 8, 1990 to his retirement effective August 1, 2001;
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as the Director
of Risk Management, contributed to the development and progress of the District
and to the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and
the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Joel
R. Hollocher for his 11 years of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this expression be
presented to Mr. Joel R. Hollocher.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted August 9, 2001.
