WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District desires to engage a Rate Consultant to conduct a
Stormwater Rate Study to determine the rate levels needed to support
the District’s current and future stormwater funding needs, and
WHEREAS, to engage said Consultant, it will be necessary to
develop and issue a Request for Proposal stating the District’s
requirements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, That
a Request for Proposal be developed and issued for the engagement of a
Rate Consultant to conduct a Stormwater Rate Study to determine the
rate levels needed to support the District’s current and future
stormwater funding needs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon receipt and
evaluation of all proposals transmitted, the District will prepare a
recommendation for awarding the contract for said Consultant, and
present said recommendation to the Board.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted August 9, 2001.
