HomeMy Public PortalAboutr2608 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2608 WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District from time to time authorizes the execution of contracts on the District's
behalf which contain provisions by which said contracts may be renewed at the
District's option, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees desires to authorize by resolution
the exercise of the District's option to renew all such contracts through Board
action,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, the Board must authorize by resolution the exercise of the
District's option to renew all contracts, which have previously been authorized by
the Board. Furthermore, staff is to make every effort to bring said resolution to the
Board for consideration prior to the expiration of the original contract. However, if
required, the original contract may be continued on a month-by-month basis until
Board action and/or the procurement process is completed if applicable.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 13, 2006.
