HomeMy Public PortalAboutr2630R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2630 WHEREAS, the staff of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District has
proposed revisions and amendments to the Rules and Regulations and Engineering
Design Requirements for Sanitary Sewer and Stormwater Drainage Facilities for all
sewer and drainage facilities projects which are permitted by or intended to be
dedicated to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District for public operation and
maintenance, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District desires to adopt the aforesaid Rules and Regulations and Engineering
Design Requirements as revised and amended (a copy of which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein) for all such projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, that the
revised and amended Rules and Regulations and Engineering Design Requirements
for Sanitary Sewer and Stormwater Drainage Facilities, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, are hereby adopted, effective July 1, 2006, except
however, that complete plans accepted for review by MSD (i.e. plans found in
compliance with Section 1.050.02 of said Rules and Regulations) for which the
submittal fee and Form E.2 have been received by the District prior to July 1, 2006,
and existing (i.e. as of July 1, 2006) detention facilities that remain unaltered and
are part of a previously approved, multi-phase development plan will be governed
by the Rules and Regulations in effect prior to July 1, 2006.
The aforesaid Rules and Regulations and Engineering Design
Requirements for Sanitary Sewer and Stormwater Drainage Facilities may, from
time to time, be revised and amended by the staff.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted February 9, 2006.
