Sewer District from August 19, 1991, to his retirement effective May 1, 2006;
WEHREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as a Treatment
Plant Manager, contributed to the development and progress of the District and to
the public, which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and
the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to
Kenneth D. Clark for his 14 years of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be
presented to Mr. Kenneth D. Clark.
