totaling Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($370,000.00) from certain
classifications of expenditure within the General Fund and the Real Property
Improvements and Alterations Fund to others within the General Fund and the
Real Property Improvement and Alterations Fund to meet the operating needs of
the District for the remainder of the fiscal year 2005-2006.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the sum total of Three
Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($370,000.00) is hereby transferred from
certain classifications of expenditure within the General Fund and the Real
Property Improvements and Alterations Fund to others within the General Fund
and the Real Property Improvement and Alterations Fund to meet the operating
needs of the District for the remainder of the fiscal year 2005-2006, said transfer to
be made between accounts and in the amount as follows:
