HomeMy Public PortalAboutr2648RESOLUTION NO. 2648 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11515, adopted June 12, 2003, authorized
the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with New England Pension
Consultants, Inc. (NEPC) whereby New England Pension Consultants, Inc. (NEPC)
would provide pension and deferred compensation plan advisory services for the
District, and
WHEREAS, said contract provided for an initial term of three (3) years
with two (2) additional one-year renewal terms at the option of the District, and
WHEREAS, the initial three-year term of said contract is about to
expire, and the District desires to exercise its option to renew said contract for an
additional one-year term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to exercise the District’s option to renew for
an additional one-year term the contract with New England Pension Consultants,
Inc. (NEPC) whereby New England Pension Consultants, Inc. (NEPC) would
provide pension and deferred compensation plan advisory services for the District,
said contract renewal shall provide for a total fee not to exceed Sixty Thousand
Dollars ($60,000.00) plus reimbursable expenses as approved by the District, and
shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office
of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted 6/8/06.
