Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District that the General Counsel of the District edit
the District’s travel approval and expense reporting policies as they pertain to
Board members for official District business, as directed by the Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, THAT, the
General Counsel of the District is hereby authorized to edit the District’s travel
approval and expense reporting policies as they pertain to Board members for
official District business, as directed by the Board.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted November 9, 2006.
