HomeMy Public PortalAboutr2683RESOLUTION NO. 2683 WHEREAS, The Rate Commission of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District has entered into a contract with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc.
whereby Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. would provide rate consulting review
services for the Rate Commission, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12057, adopted August 11, 2005,
authorized the District to pay Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. for said rate
consulting review services as rendered for the Rate Commission, and
WHEREAS, said contract provided for an initial term of one (1) year
with two (2) additional one-year renewal terms at the option of the Rate
Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Rate Commission desires to exercise it option to renew
said contract for an additional one-year term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, THAT the
contract with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. whereby Raftelis Financial
Consultants, Inc. would provide rate consulting review services for the Rate
Commission is hereby renewed for an additional one-year term, and the District
shall pay the fees of Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. for said rate consulting
review services pursuant to Ordinance No. 10257.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted November 9, 2006.
