HomeMy Public PortalAboutr2695R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2695 WHEREAS, the contract with Hyatt Legal Plans, Inc. whereby Hyatt
Legal Plans, Inc. would provide group legal services for employees of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District will expire on January 31, 2007, and
WHEREAS, the District desires to exercise its option to renew said
contract for an additional one-year term, commencing on February 1, 2007,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to exercise the District’s option to renew for
an additional one-year term commencing on February 1, 2007, the contract with
Hyatt Legal Plans, Inc. whereby Hyatt Legal Plans, Inc. would provide group legal
services for District employees, said contract renewal shall be comprised of such
terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 14, 2006.
