Sewer District from November 26, 1984, to his retirement effective August 1, 2007;
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as a Treatment
Plant Operator II, contributed to the development and progress of the District and
to the public, which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and
the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Billy
Constant for his 22 years of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be
presented to Mr. Billy Constant.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted July 12, 2007.
