HomeMy Public PortalAboutr2735RESOLUTION NO. 2735 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12370, adopted January 11, 2007 authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with ETC Institute, whereby ETC Institute would perform customer service surveying for the District, and WHEREAS, said contract provided for an initial term of one (1) year with two (2) additional one-year renewal terms at the option of the District, and WHEREAS, the initial one-year term of said contract is about to expire, and the District desires to exercise its option to renew said contract for an additional one-year term, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to exercise the District’s option to renew for an additional one-year term the contract with ETC Institute whereby ETC Institute would perform customer service surveying for the District, said contract renewal shall provide for a total fee not to exceed Sixty-three Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-two Dollars ($63,392.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District. The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 12, 2007.
