HomeMy Public PortalAboutr2736RESOLUTION NO. 2736 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12080, adopted September 8, 2005,
authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Falk Harrison
Creative, Inc. whereby Falk Harrison Creative, Inc. would develop background
research, write, perform graphics, layout work, editing and printing to completely
package the District’s Annual Report, and
WHEREAS, said contract provided for an initial term of one (1) year
with three (3) additional one-year renewal terms at the option of the District, and
WHEREAS, the first one-year renewal term of said contract is about to
expire, and the District desires to exercise its option to renew said contract for an
additional one-year term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to exercise the District’s option to renew for
an additional one-year term the contract with Falk Harrison Creative, Inc. whereby
Falk Harrison Creative, Inc. would develop background research, write, perform
graphics, layout work, editing and printing to completely package the District’s
Annual Report, said contract renewal shall provide for a total fee not to exceed
Thirty-seven Thousand Six Hundred Forty-five Dollars ($37,645.00), and shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the
General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 12, 2007.
