WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12102, adopted October 13, 2005,
authorized the District to enter into a series of contracts and agreements with Bank
of America N.A., whereby Bank of America would provide banking and safekeeping
services for the District, and
WHEREAS, said contracts provided for an initial term of two (2) years
with one (1) additional one-year renewal terms at the option of the District, and
WHEREAS, the two-year base term of said contracts is about to expire,
and the Board of Trustees desires to exercise its option to renew said contract for a
one-year term, from November 1, 2007 through October 31, 2008.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to exercise the District's option to renew for
an additional one-year term, from November 1, 2007 through October 31, 2008, the
contracts and agreements with Bank of America N.A. whereby Bank of America
N.A will provide general banking and safekeeping services, and said contract
renewals shall provide for a fee consisting of a series of unit prices, and shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the
General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 11, 2007.
