HomeMy Public PortalAboutr2776R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2776 WHEREAS, David B. Rosenberg served on the Board of Trustees of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District from April 2006 to March 2008, having
held the position of Chairman of the Board from April 2007 to March 2008, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Rosenberg’s strong leadership, knowledge and
expertise imparted direction and stability to the District, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Rosenberg’s contribution as Chair of the Finance
Committee assured a continued diligent focus on the District’s fiscal matters, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Rosenberg’s contributions to the St. Louis Community
reach far beyond his service on the District’s Board, including, but not limited to,
serving on the Board of Directors of the Great Rivers Greenway and as a Board
member of the SSM St. Mary’s Health Center Foundation, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT; THAT,
this Board on behalf of itself, the District and the people it serves, herewith
expresses its sincere appreciation and gratitude to David B. Rosenberg for his
service on the Board of Trustees and for his many contributions to the St. Louis
Community.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT, a copy of this Resolution be
presented to Mr. Rosenberg in recognition of his service and accomplishment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 10, 2008.
