HomeMy Public PortalAboutr2784R E S O L U T I O N N0. 2784 WHEREAS, the Executive Director of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District (District) has recommended to the Board of Trustees that a certain
parcel of District real property known and numbered as 1457 Ross Avenue in St.
Louis County, Missouri, is no longer necessary or useful in the District’s operations,
and therefore, should be declared as surplus property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
1. Based upon the recommendation of the Executive Director of the
District, the above-described real property is hereby determined to be no longer
necessary or useful in the District’s operations and is, therefore, declared surplus
real property.
2. This determination is made pursuant to Resolution No. 2016,
adopted September 18, 1991.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 12, 2008.
