A RESOLUTION, transferring unencumbered appropriated
balances totaling One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) from certain classifications
of expenditure within the General Fund to others within the General Fund to meet
the operating needs of the District for the remainder of the fiscal year 2007-2008.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the total sum of One
Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) is hereby transferred from certain classifications
of expenditure within the General Fund to others within the General Fund to meet
the operating needs of the District for the remainder of fiscal year 2007-2008,
said transfer to be made between accounts and in the amount as follows:
