HomeMy Public PortalAboutr2803R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2803 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11965 adopted April 14, 2005, authorized
the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Public Financial Management
(PFM), Inc. whereby Public Financial Management (PFM), Inc. will provide
financial advisory services for the District, and
WHEREAS, said contract will expired on March 31, 2008, and
WHEREAS, the District desires to exercise it option to renew said
contract for an additional nine-month term, commencing on July 1, 2008,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to exercise the District’s option to renew for
an additional nine-month term commencing on July 1, 2008, the contract with
Public Financial Management (PFM), Inc. whereby Public Financial Management
(PFM), Inc. would provide financial advisory services for the District, said contract
renewal shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted August 14, 2008.
