WHEREAS, the Standard Construction Specification Committee of the
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District has recently revised and developed Standard Construction
Specifications for Sewers and Drainage Facilities projects which are intended to be dedicated to
the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District for public operation and maintenance, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
desires to adopt the aforesaid revised Standard Construction Specifications for Sewers and
Drainage Facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, That the Standard Construction
Specifications for Sewers and Drainage Facilities as developed by the District's Standard
Construction Specification Committee, which from time to time may be revised by said
Committee, are hereby adopted for all sewer and drainage facilities projects which are intended
to be dedicated to the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District for public operation and
maintenance.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted May 14, 2009.
