Notice of Public Hearing on
Proposed Barnstable County Ordinance No. 12-03
On March 21, 2012, at 3:00 p.m., the Standing Committee on Finance will hold a public
hearing on Proposed County Ordinance 12-03: To add to the County's operating budget for
Fiscal Year 2012, as enacted in Ordinance No. 11-06, by making supplemental appropriations for
the Fiscal Year two-thousand and twelve.
The public hearing will be held in the Chamber of the Assembly of Delegates, First
District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA.
Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so. Written comments may also
be submitted at the hearing, faxed to the Assembly office (508) 362-6530, e-mailed to the office
(aofd @barnstablecounty.org), or delivered or mailed for receipt by Noon on or before the date of
the hearing to the office of the Assembly at the First District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable,
MA 02630.
The full text of Proposed Ordinance 12-03 has been distributed to the Town Clerk of each
town in Barnstable County and is also available from the office of the Assembly of Delegates,
First District Courthouse, and the Board of County Commissioners, Superior Courthouse, Route
6A, Barnstable, MA.

BARNSTABLE COUNTY
In the Year Two Thousand and Twelve
Proposed Ordinance 12-03
To add to the County's operating budget for Fiscal Year 2012, as enacted in Ordinance No. 11-
06, by making supplemental appropriations for the Fiscal Year two-thousand and twelve.
Section 1.
Based on a revised estimate of income of Barnstable County for the current fiscal year, made as
of February 29, 2012, the sums set forth in section one, for the several purposes set forth therein
and subject to the conditions set forth in sections four through twelve of Barnstable County
Ordinance 11-06, are hereby appropriated from the Dredge Fund as supplemental appropriations
for Barnstable County for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, two-thousand and twelve. Said
funds shall be derived from additional work performed in fiscal year 2012 through the Dredge
Fund.
