WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12737, adopted September 11, 2008, authorized the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with ILINC Engineering Incorporated whereby ILINC
Engineering Incorporated would provide general engineering services pursuant to the General
Services Agreement – Sewer and Channel Design (FY2009) (E-1238-1 & 2009037) and
WHEREAS, the District desires to exercise its option to renew said contract for a
one-year term, commencing on September 1, 2009,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to exercise the District’s option to renew for an additional one-year term, the contract
with ILINC Engineering Incorporated whereby ILINC Engineering Incorporated would provide
general engineering servicing pursuant to the General Services Agreement – Sewer and Channel
Design (FY2009) (E-1238-1 & 2009037), said contract renewal shall be comprised of such terms
and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted July 9, 2009.
