A RESOLUTION, transferring unencumbered appropriated balances totaling Five
Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) from certain classifications of expenditure within the General
and Real Property Funds to the Sanitary Replacement Fund to fund future projects..
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the total sum of Five Million Dollars
($5,000,000.00) is hereby transferred from certain classifications of expenditure within the
General and Real Property Funds to the Sanitary Replacement Fund to fund future projects.
