WHEREAS, Fran E. Wurth has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
from July 29, 1985 to her retirement effective September 1, 2009.
WHEREAS, her tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as a Account Associate-
Senior contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public, which it
serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Fran E. Wurth for her 24 years of
exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Ms. Fran E. Wurth.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 10, 2009.
