The Board unanimously approved the Clause 41A Deferral application of C. Gordon Brownville, Jr., of 120 Winterhoff Trail in the full amount. New Business: Mr. Jursak moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2012 Real Estate Abatement Applications. Mr. Hayes seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive Session at 6:20. Jursak-yes, Hayes-yes, Salomone-yes. The Board exited Executive Session at 7:30. Mr. Jursak moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 p.m. Ms. Salomone seconded, and it passed 3-0. Respectfully submitted, 1 )(4. David H. Present: Assessors Hayes, Salomone and Jursak, and Deputy Assessor David Tately The Executive Session was called to review and discuss Real Estate Abatement Applications. After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the Real Estate Abatement Applications, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 1. After discussion, the Board voted unanimously to deny the Real Estate Abatement Application as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 2. Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn Executive Session.
