WHEREAS, Lawrence B. Kwiatkowski has served The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District from April 10, 1978 to his retirement effective June 1, 2010.
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Equipment
Operator-Senior contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public,
which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Lawrence B. Kwiatkowski for his
32 years of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Mr. Lawrence B. Kwiatkowski.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 10, 2010.
