Board of Assessors Meeting -:.
January 12, 2012
Members Present: Jim Jursak, Diane Salomone and Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.
Old Business:
The Board voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the meetings of December 21, 2011
and January 4, 2012.
New Business:
Mr.Jursak moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2012 Real Estate
Abatement Applications. Mr. Hayes seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive
Session at 6:20. Jursak-yes, Hayes-yes, Salomone-yes.
The Board exited Executive Session at 7:40.
Mr. Jursak moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:40 p.m. Ms. Salomone seconded, and it passed
3-0.

Board of Assessors Meeting
January 12, 2012
Executive Session
Howard Hayes called the Executive Session of the Board of Assessors to order at 6:20 p.m.
in the Assessors Office.
Present: Assessors Hayes, Salomone and Jursak, and Deputy Assessor David Tately
The Executive Session was called to review and discuss Real Estate Abatement Applications.
After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the
Real Estate Abatement Applications, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list attached
hereto as Addendum 1.
After discussion, the Board voted unanimously to deny the Real Estate Abatement
Application as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 2.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn Executive Session. Mr. Jursak seconded. Roll call vote was
unanimous to adjourn. Hayes-yes, Jursak-yes, Salomone-yes.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:40.
