HomeMy Public PortalAboutr2930RESOLUTION NO. 2930 WHEREAS, transferring funds within the General Fund from Ordinance No. 12830 to Ordinance No. 12757 for the Enterprise Systems Retooling Phase II. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12830, adopted March 12, 2009, appropriated Eleven Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($11,200,000.00) from the General Fund for the District’s Enterprise Retooling Phase III. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12757, adopted October 7, 2008, appropriated One Million Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Seven Dollars ($1,680,467.00) for the District’s Enterprise Retooling Phase II. WHEREAS, this Ordinance transfers Five Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($515,000.00) from Ordinance No. 12830 to Ordinance No. 12757 for additional work to be completed as part of the District’s Enterprise Retooling Phase II. WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($515,000.00) is hereby transferred from Ordinance No. 12830, adopted March 12, 2009, to Ordinance No. 12757, adopted October 7, 2008, for the additional work to be completed as part of the District’s Enterprise System Retooling Phase III. The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 16, 2010.
