WHEREAS, the staff of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District has a proposed
an Amendment to the Rules and Regulations and Engineering Design Requirements for Sanitary
Sewer and Stormwater Drainage Facilities which will allow construction escrows in the form of
Letters of Credit for all sewer and drainage facilities projects which are permitted by or intended
to be dedicated to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District for public operation and
maintenance, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
desires to adopt the aforesaid Amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, that the Rules and Regulations and
Engineering Design Requirements for Sanitary Sewer and Stormwater Drainage Facilities shall
be amended to allow construction escrows in the form of Letters of Credit.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 14, 2010.
