The Board voted unanimously to transfer the following amounts from the overlay accounts
for the following years to Overlay Surplus:
I. FY 06 $25,000
FY 07 $25,000
FY 08 $25,000

1 FY 10 $22,500

Mr. Jursak moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:25 p.m. Ms. Salomone seconded, and it passed
