Ms. Salomone seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive Session at 5:50. Salomone-yes, Hayes-yes, yestone-yes The Board exited Executive Session at 7:00. Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Ms. Salomone seconded, and it passed 3-0. Respectfully submitted, AcuTht David H. Present: Assessors Hayes, Salomone and Eyestone, and Deputy Assessor David Tately The Executive Session was called to review and discuss Real Estate Abatement Applications. The Board discussed the proposed settlement of the FY 12 Appellate Tax Board cases for 16 Skippers Way and 6 Captain Higgins Road. It was voted unanimously to approve the settlement, and abate the land value for each property by an additional 5%. This resulted in an abatement for 16 Skippers Way of$17,500, and for 6 Captain Higgins Road of$19,500. After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the F'Y13 Real Estate Abatement Applications, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 1. Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn Executive Session. Ms. Salomone seconded. Roll call vote was unanimous to adjourn. Hayes-yes, Salomone-yes, Eyestone-yes. The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:00.
