COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, MARCH 5, 2018
CALL TO ORDER
Without a quorum established, Councilman Rick Mihalevich in the absences of Mayor
Carrie Tergin and President Pro Tempore Rick Prather, called the meeting to order at
5:47 P.M. to review the March 5, 2018 agenda.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Graham, Kemna, Mihalevich, Schreiber, and Ward
Absent: Fitzwater, Henry, Hussey, Prather, and Wiseman
A quorum was not established.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Prayer
- Councilwoman Kemna will lead the prayer.
Miscellaneous
- Mayor Tergin will introduce the USS Jefferson City Commanding Officer and
Crew.
Announcements
- Sonny Sanders, Director of Planning and Protective Services will announce
the Household Hazardous W aste program dates.
- A tornado drill is scheduled for March 6, 2018, at 10:00 A.M.
- The Council Committee on Administration Meeting will be held on
Wednesday, March 7, 2018, 7:30 A.M.
- The Council Committee on Finance Meeting will be held on Thursday, March
8, 2018, 7:30 A.M.
Lincoln University Student Representative, Caroline Wanjiru will present an update.

- Sonny Sanders will present Bill 2017-119.
Resolutions
- Fire Chief Matt Schofield of the Fire Department will present RS2017-25.
- City Counselor, Ryan Moehlman will present RS2017-26.
