Monday evening, JulY 17, 1967 at 8:40 P. M.
Robert Roehl - Chairman
Walter Kohnen, Gerald D9khoff, Anne Dorweiler, Robert
Roehl, Everett Thies and Tom Stevens present.
The minutes of the meeting of June 19, 1967 read. Moved by Anne Dorweiler
that the minutes be approved as read.
Seconded by Gerald Dykho-f.
Motion carried.
Mr. Les Lien appeared with regard to rebuilding Lakeview Resort. Moved by
Gerald Dykhoff to make the following recommendations to the Council: That
they go over Section 17, paragraph "D" of the Zoning Code, also get an
attorneys opinion as to interpretation; the commission feels that rezoning
is necessary for amy commercial use; and the Council might appoint a
committee to inspect building and check as to need for condemnation.
Seconded by Everett Thies.
Motion carried.
Short discussio4 on street naming project and also worked on new maps.
Moved by Everett Thies that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Walter Kohnen.
Motion carried.
