RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
AMUSI~i~T DEVICE LICIfl~SE(S) FOR ~ YEAR 2000
WH~, application has been made' to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret for AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE(S) for the
YEAR 2000 by the following:
DIXIE'S TAVERN 558 Roosevelt Avenue;
HIDE-AWAY (Pike Side Pub) 45 Pendro Avenue;
MARIA'S FORIUGUESE / SPANISH
BAR & RESTAURANT 106 Pulaski Avenue;
SIMON'S NITE CLUB 63-65 Roosevelt Avenue;
SU(~t'S BAR & GRTI.I. 1365 Roosevelt Avenue; and
WH~llFAS said application(s) hasghave been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department, in compliance with the Borough
Ordinance Regulating and Licensing Amusement Devices and said
Police Department recommends that a License for the current
Year be issued to the applicant(s) listed above.
NOW, IttI~,EFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HI~dlE~YRF_~qOLV~D, by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk
be and is hereby authorized and directed to issue an AMUSEMENT
DEVICE LICENSE for the YEAR 2000 to the applicant(s) hereby ap-
proved, upon receipt of the proper fee.
