ATTENDEES:
Committee members present: Laura Ward, David Kemna and Erin Wiseman.
Staff present: Gail Strope, Steve Crowell, Ryan Moehlman and Eric Seaman.
Meeting came to order at 7:30 a.m. by Councilwoman Erin Wiseman. The February 5, 2018
minutes were approved with a motion by Councilman David Kemna and seconded by
Councilwoman Laura Ward. The motion passed 3-0.
Change Position Status:
Presented by Eric Seaman. Mr. Seaman explained the need for upgrading the Utility Worker
position to a Utility Crew Leader. A motion was made by Councilman David Kemna and
seconded by Councilwoman Laura Ward. The motion passed 3-0.
Appointment Review:
Presented by Gail Strope. The committee made four new appointments. A motion was made by
Councilman David Kemna and seconded by Councilwoman Laura Ward. The motion passed 3-0.

Councilman Laura Ward suggested when there is a short agenda the meetings be held prior to the
nearest council meeting. Gail Strope and Erin Wiseman will review each month and move the
meeting if the agenda is short.
There being no further business, Councilwoman Laura Ward made the motion to adjourn which
was seconded by Councilman David Kemna. The motion passed 3-0 ending the meeting at 7:40
a.m.
Next meeting is scheduled for April 4, 2018 at 7:30 a.m. in the Boone/Bancroft room at City
Hall.
