Leesburg Will Host Virtual Realty Tour September 19, 2013
Event will provide networking and business opportunity for business owners,
brokers, developers and property owners
Leesburg, VA (September 12, 2013) – The Town of Leesburg will host a Virtual Realty Tour on
Thursday, September 19, 2013, from 8:00am to 11:00am at King Pinz Bowling in The Village at
Leesburg (1602 Village Market Boulevard, Suite 100, Leesburg, VA 20175).
The Virtual Realty Tour is designed to showcase available office, retail and commercial space in
the Town of Leesburg. Brokers, developers and property owners will present their listings and
remain available for follow up questions.
This event is free to all individuals and businesses looking for office, retail and commercial
space. Coffee and breakfast will be provided. Attendees will have opportunity to network with
brokers, developers, bankers and Town staff to explore business opportunities.
“Given all the commercial development that is in the pipeline and under construction in
Leesburg, this is a valuable opportunity for the business community and prospects to learn
what is happening, so they can make informed decisions about where to land,” said Marantha
Edwards, Leesburg’s Economic Development Director.
Following the property listing presentations, the Town of Leesburg will moderate a panel
discussion on downtown residential development. The panel will consist of Leesburg Planning
and Zoning staff and private developers. They will be available to discuss residential
development in the downtown that would be compatible with the Town plan.
