CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS: The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. Present were Councilmembers Franklin H. Caplan, Luis de laCruz, Gary Gross, Michael Kelly and Mayor Mayra P. Lindsay. Councilmember Theodore Holloway and Vice Mayor London were absent. Also present were Village Manager John C. Gilbert, Village Clerk Conchita H. Alvarez and Village Attorney Stephen P. Helfrnan. 2. VILLAGE ATTORNEY: The Attomey requested to conduct an Executive Session for this evening at 6:10 p.m. regarding the litigation styled Jose Marti vs. Village of Key Biscayne, Case No. 15-000404 CA (06) and also requested an Executive Session for Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. regarding the Marine Stadium Litigation. Coucilmember Kelly made a motion approving the Attorney's request. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Gross and approved by a 5-0 voice vote. The vote was as follows: Councilmembers Caplan, de la Cruz, Gross, Kelly and Mayor Lindsay voting Yes. 3. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjoumed at6:l2p.m. Conchita H.
