September 23, 2020 5:00 P.M. Greencastle City Hall and Zoom
I. Call to Order; Roll Call
Mayor William Dory called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM; upon roll by Clerk-Treasurer Lynda
Dunbar the following were present: Mark Hammer, Adam Cohen, Stacie Langdon (ZOOM),
Veronica Pejril, Cody Eckert (ZOOM), Dave Murray and Jake Widner.
II. Old Business
A. Discussion on Utility Water Rates- No Action Taken
The following was discussed:
• Five Year Capital Plan and the calculation of its average yearly costs
• Present and proposed rates and charges options for all 3 tiers
• Calculation of proposed public fire protection charge per equivalent connection
based on proposed rate increases.
• Bill analysis based on the proposed changes.
• Rates and projected cash flows.
Ill. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 7:05 p.m. upon a motion by Dave Murray with a second by
Adam Cohen, 7-0, motion carried.
