I. Pledge Allegiance
II. Call to Order; Roll Call
A. Mayor Dory called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM; upon roll by Lynda
Dunbar the following were present: William Dory, Craig Tuggle and Trudy
Selvia.
Ill. Old Business
A. Wayfinding- Change Order 3 - Cost associated with Change Order 3
did align with the original contract. Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve
the Change Order 3 as presented, second by Craig Tuggle, 3-0, motion
carried.
IV. New Business
A. Phosphorus Project Bid- Motion by Craig Tuggle to accept the
Phosphorus Project Bid with the upgrade of insulation in the building,
second by Trudy Selvia, 3-0, motion carried.
B. New Police Vehicles- Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve the purchase of 3
police vehicles and all equipment with a not to exceed amount of
$168,267.07, and to give permission to the Clerk Treasurer to seek
financing for these vehicles, second by Craig Tuggle, 3-0, motion carried.
C. Water Rates and Fees - Members of the Greencastle Common Council
joined the BOW meeting at 5:00 pm to discuss water rates and fees
The following were discussed:
• Five Year Capital Plan and the calculation of its average yearly costs.
• Presented the proposed rates and charges options for all 3 tiers.
• Calculation of proposed public fire protection charge per equivalent
connection based on proposed rate increases.
• Bill analysis based on the proposed changes.
• Rates and projected cash flows.
V. Adjournment
Motion by Trudy Selvia to dismiss at 7:05 PM, second by Craig Tuggle, 3-0
motion carried.
