RESOLUTION TO SET REIMBURSEMENT RATE FOR PAYMENT OF
MILEAGE WHEN A CITY EMPLOYEE USES PERSONAL VEHICLE FOR
CITY BUSINESS
Effective January 1, 2023
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MARCUS, IOWA, the Council by action taken January 9th, 2023.
The City Council of Marcus, Iowa does hereby set the rate to reimburse
employees of use of personal vehicle for city business at the rate set forth by the
Internal Revenue Service and is the standard mileage rate for business based on an
annual study of the fixed and variable costs of operating an automobile.
