As required by the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law,the Conservation Commission is informing the
public that this meeting will be audio and video recorded. Anyone else intending to record is required to
inform the Chairman prior to the meeting.

The following applicant requests Determinations of Conservation Commissionlurisdiction:
Rick Howard requests Conservation Commission determinations as to whether the work; "in place"
reconstruction of existing storm damaged stairs on and within 50 feet of coastal resource areas, is subject to the
Wetlands Protection ACT and the Brewster Wetlands Protection By-law,on 240 Robbins Hill Road,Assessors'
Map 2, Parcel 15.
Notices of Intent
