Member Pederson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2019-01
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF JANET WHITE
FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Janet White's term on the Planning Commission of the city of Medina does not
expire until December 2019; and
WHEREAS, on December 21, 2018, Janet White submitted a letter of resignation from her
position on the Planning Commission addressed to the City; and
WHEREAS, Janet White's resignation from her position as Planning Commissioner shall
become effective December 31, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Janet White's letter of resignation from the Planning Commission is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Cousineau
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Cousineau, DesLauriers, Martin, Pederson
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
